A trip to the shops in Denbigh.

An hour to kill in Rhyl this morning meant a walk on the beach and promenade (8,000 steps), an ice cream and a coffee.

A catch up with some friends this afternoon and an horrendous four hour journey home due to delays from a road traffic accident on the M62 M60 junction.

Just home in time for the Ocado delivery.
