Texan Cafe

This little cafe in the small but growing town of Hutto, Texas, is a local favorite. Good fresh food, friendly people (patrons and staff), and wonderful pies make this a little-known treat. A future blip will deal with this town's obsession with hippos - the local high school football team is the Hutto Hippos.
