Dinner time

Had decided sleeping on car would be fine when found motel in chain I've used before. Clean, comfortable and friendly and cheap!

They had restaurant but only meat. Went into rundown looking local town and found Chinese place. Very nice food (including ice cream for dessert) and staff.
Sat next to window where internal lights relected out of window. Road shiny too (but not wet).

Got very lost on way back. Disconcerting in dark and not knowing area. Still could fall straight into bed on return.

Drought continues. Muggily warm
