New Life

I don't quite know where the day has disappeared to, but disappeared it has.
I didn't achieve what I had hoped to, you get days like that.
Needs reporting that there hasn't been any rain here today.  But heck, the damage around Nelson and the Ria Valley is heartbreaking.  On the TV news tonight they showed just how much devastation, and while interviewing the usually staunch farmers they were reduced to tears. Gutting.....the region will take years to recover, and bulk dollars.

Seeing this tiny shoot from the maple gives hope that warmer times are coming.
