The Old Gold and and Royal Blue

These are the colours of Paignton Rowing Club. The club have three gig boats ‘Evans Above’, ‘Storm’, and ‘Top Catch’. The club is based at the harbour. We were sitting enjoying a drink outside the Crab and Hammer (extra) when Top Catch came in and was later wheeled into the club building. The rowing club was established in 1890.
