Is it tea time?

Peggy Sue looked very relaxed on the lawn this afternoon, on yet another very warm and rainless day, but the ears give away the fact that she's heard Mr MC go in and serve her another portion of food.  She did try to maintain a casual air but quickly shot in to see what was in her food bowl.

In other news:  Mr MC spent some time reorganising the area around our pond now that the 2nd weigela has died and gone and the dead privet is awaiting removal.  TO remind us of what it had once looked like I skimmed through some old Blipfoto shots where I  have photographed at least two of our cats taking a drink here and here. We then spent quite a while, misty eyed, remembering the cats that we have had and loved and are now gone....
