Jim Goodwin

Rare for me to post a portrait image.  This is Jim Goodwin, manager of Aberdeen FC, one of Scotland’s leading professional football clubs. 

Mrs CBL and I were just finishing our walk on the beach today and were passing the golf clubhouse when he came out of the pro shop.  Not having taken any photos on the shoreline I took my opportunity to get one of him.

Mrs CBL stepped in as she was keen to be photographed with a handsome man … for once!  Two silver foxes!!  At 40 years old, Jim is young enough to be her son!!!

Thanked him for posing for the photos.  Hope he was still smiling at the end of his round.  It would have been quite challenging out on the course as from a very pleasantly warm morning it had clouded over this afternoon and the wind was strengthening.
