Didn't take long!

The top photograph shows the trellis fence on the 6 October 2021. Less than a year later, today the 22 August 2022, you can see how quickly things grow in the garden. The fence is almost totally covered, just a bare bit to the left where the sun doesn't shine much.
The Pyracantha grows very quickly but the grape vine grows at a rate that would win gold medals in the plant olympics!
A lot of trimming to be done in the Autumn I think!
