Rain stops play

I went for what I'm trying to make my regular walk after tea tonight. At the half way point with no cover in sight the heavens decided to open. By the time I reached the shelter of these trees it was too late to bother.

As I neared home, clothes stuck to me, sopping wet I came across 2 men with the foresight to be wearing rain coats. Typical Brits the only comment we exchanged was a wry smile and "We were praying for this a week ago"

Clothes now on a spin and the rain continues... After all the garden needs it!
