Panting

This blue heron sat in the osprey nest box for hours panting today. It was not very hot so I can't understand what the issue was. It was not nervous about us being on the pier or crabbing the pots or even Sugar running around. Sure hope it is ok.
 We made and froze13 crab cakes today and 4 meals of perch. We are getting there in good time. Hunter gatherers.
