I found one!!

The first orchid on the block. A gorgeous donkey orchid. I was so pleased to see it. Hopefully over the next few days (if no rain) there may be some more popping up. We will probably stay down here until next weekend. 

After our visitors packed up and left we called into our daughters for a coffee as she was working from home. On leaving, we had to stop the car for this family of ducks (see extra). There were 9 ducklings. Dad was out of shot to the right. The dopey ducks were running full tilt down the road when they should have done a right turn towards the creek. Another car stopped behind us and we were about to step out onto the main road to stop traffic, when, thank goodness, they barrelled off into the trees towards the water. Super cute though. I'll add them to Tiny Tuesday because they are.
