First Day

First day at the new job went very well! I've got some really interesting projects coming up that I'm really pleased to be getting stuck in to.

I will pass this building each day on my walk to the office. It is an amazing example of Art Deco architecture. Originally the Beresford Hotel opened in 1938 and described as Glasgow's first skyscraper (at 10 storeys high). It has now been converted in to private apartments.
