Cockerel in the treetops

As soon as the light begins to fade, this cockerel appears at the top of a tree at the bottom of the garden. It amuses me every day. (Little things...!)

Only three boxes emptied today. Then I fell asleep (after a bad night last night). After that it was soon time to fetch fish and chips and take them round to Family B, and pick up some items on 'click and collect' from Screwfix. Slow progress. We're just glad we didn't leave it till we were any older before making this move.

Oh, but great excitement: the day began with our first soaks in the new bathroom. Bliss!
