Decorating the living room - day 9

Each day I think will be shorter than the previous and then they end later. Today I finished at 1.30am, however, after the previous late nights I had overslept until 10.30.

Today began with brushing white over the yellow and green wash. You can still see the colours within the texture of the paper. I then began glueing and screwing on all of the black strips. It meant to look a bit Japanese in style, like screens with handmade paper partitions. It should look better once the carpet and curtains are in.

Lia made good progress with the TV cabinet and was working with me until very late.
