And now we party

First time in three years everyone back at the Festival launch party and this is our Head of Development Laura here with me.  

I went to a few of the commissioner sessions today, with Amazon, with ITV and then this evening to Emily Maitlis’s MacTaggart lecture which was about the news in a post-truth world.  She was very brisk and direct but perhaps not as inspiring as some of the best MacTaggart’s.  Went from this party to a late night drinks party hosted by Netflix so it was dinner by canapé. Luckily they were delicious at the rather beautiful venue…as were the cocktails.
