Timeless classic

I bought this bike second hand in 2002. It's still going strong(ish). 
It does exactly what I need it to do: 10 times a week it gets me to downtown Dun Laoghaire and back, with minimum maintenance and it doesn't get stolen. 
It ticks all the boxes. Now that the old lady is definitely more than 20 years old, I wonder if I'll qualify for the classic vehicle road tax and insurance.
