Met Norm for a coffee and natter this morning. Finally gave him the gift I'd made (see extra). Need to work on whip stitching as I'm very messy. He'd bought me a little surprise from the Lakes which might get blipped another day.

Had the first huge spider incident of 2022 last night. Is it me or is autumn arriving way too quickly? This time of year is a nightmare for people with arachophobia.  Not only do you have to deal with the actual spiders but also all the pictures of other people's on social media.
