Trike ride through Vineyards

Found three different cycle tracks very close by. Unfortunately one Voie vert is difficult to access as trying to keep cars out. Only works for walkers and bikes! I think I can find another way in another day.

A great track today between vines. I love the Pyrenees always being a background. Well over 30 most of day although it cools to 25 during nights. Hard work getting trike in and out of car! And sweaty.

This morning did gentle exercise class. Very good guide who is a kine. Impressive!
