View from Residence

I'm quite excited by the area. Very southern spaced out and new. I think it's a better off area but not rich.

Only about 10 kms from sea and I have visited Occitane several times before, but only passed through Perpignan.

Lots of culture and things to see, but probably won't do much of this!
