Doh...

It seems I've got an infection in my leg... My GP said he wasn't expecting to see my leg... so I've now got antibiotics to take and hopefully it responds quickly..
Tomorrow I've got an appointment for a Hand Therapy session as my broken little finger really needs to be splinted...
