Toowoomba - early visit Carnival of Flowers...

I wanted to avoid the crowds as tomorrow is 1st September which is the first day of Spring in Australia... Toowoomba hold their Carnival of Flowers every year and it runs for the whole month of September and lots of planned activities and events... I just wanted to look at the public gardens... They actually have a competition for the best home garden and once it's been voted on and winners announced some private gardens are then opened for public viewing... I really wasn't interested in them... It was a full on day out with my bestie as it's about a 2 hour drive to Toowoomba...
