Autumn

Even without looking at the calendar you can tell there’s a change in the air, cooler windier and different light. 
Officially it’s autumn but I think it’s late summer, or  backend as I would call it. 
We have a massive crop of damsons this year. I’ve picked over eight kilos today and this is a fraction of them.
