Garden Visit

I went to visit a neighbour this afternoon for a cup of tea. They have a lovely garden and although the season is winding down and we’ve had a drought - there was still lots to see that was colourful and interesting - both edible and inedible! I was sent home with a handful of tomatoes for my salad that I’d been planning for my evening meal. And delicious they were too!

There was some fog this morning, and it’s now dark by 8pm. It’s definitely feeling like autumn. I miss the lighter evenings but I DO love this time of year!
