Three Giants and a Squirrel

Actually, it's three poses of the the same Giant Swallowtail butterfly. They are the largest butterfly in North America and I've seen more of them this year than ever! Of course the fourth photo is not of a Swallowtail. It's a little female Gray Squirrel enjoying a raw peanut. I feed them peanuts daily, in turn they 'seldom' bother the bird feeders. It's a delicate 'understanding' that we have, these tree rats and I, but it works! I just love their little hands claws hands!
