Looking better than it did!

The lawn is greening up quite nicely after all the rain.  It actually looks better than it does in this photo, strangely!  You can see some of the little ‘friends’ in the garden and bush here.  Also the white patch of paving where the shed was is on the left!  It has shown up the rest of the patio, but not sure whether it will get cleaned this year!

It has rained most of the day and there has been thunder in the distance.  It’s probably saving up the worst noise for overnight!

I have been enjoying watching the tennis - haven’t got round to much else today, other than cooking lunch and making tea!  The new prime minister’s speech will have to wait….
