Fogg Dam

We visited Fogg Dam Bird Sanctuary today. It has an interesting history- was started in the 1950’s as a rice plantation but the magpie geese ate all the rice so the project was abandoned. Within a short time the birds had taken over - it’s a wonderful place. I’ve added a few extras - one of a small freshwater crocodile mostly submerged :) It was very hot and I’ve been bitten quite badly but worth it.
