A bit of a grind…

Hi Everyone,

Another day at home today… I have been trying to catch up on my YouTube viewing, with the other creators there is a sort of unwritten rule of you watch their video and they watch yours. It fine if you keep on top of it but take a few days off and it becomes a bit of a grind.

I may make a flying visit to Newport velodrome tomorrow as my mate who owns the workshop is racing in the national championships The challenge is I must be back in Pompey by 18:00 to ride the derny in the evening coaching session.
