Kettlewell 2

I returned to this Derwentwater bay today to take clearer photos than yesterdays.  There was a good chance this would be ok as the weather was dull, but no sign of rain. although from this photo you can see rain wasn't far away.  It is beginning to get hazy.  As it was hazy yesterday I did 'play' and make it less hazy in Lightroom.  There wasn't that need today.  This photo was taken just to the left of yesterdays and shows there are still parties of school children using the lake.  
The woman in the black wetsuit had been for a swim.  Unknown to her she had left her bag by the ticket machine as she struggled to pay the parking fee by using the app and forgot the bag. Thankfully while Checking and eating a pear she had remembered and came looking for it.  I was checking for name etc. as she asked if was hers.  There was nothing of value in it, unless you count a flask with her tea in, tea which she wanted after her swim.  It all happens at Kettlewell.  She went away to drink her tea with a big smile and a thank you to me.  Then the rain came and the clarity of view changed.  Have a good weekend everybody.
