SQuash

I was given this squash for the cafe and today I roasted it then made soup
Gym first thing followed by the obligatory coffee. My last personal training session as I will give it a break for a while.
Alan went to have a a look at the church heating to see why it is not working. A leaking two port valve has dripped over another part rendering it useless. So I guess the parts are now on order or will be shortly.
Whilst he was out a friend called round to tell us his wife passed away last Monday and her funeral is this Monday . It was Her brothers funeral last Monday, the day she died. She had been unwell for several years with dementia.
Tonight is another prayer meeting. Penultimate of the week of prayer.
