The right spot

Where the wisteria struggled the passion flower is thriving.  It's all about finding your right spot.

I've spent most of the day following the news and fascinated in particular by the accession, and the privy council, televised for the first time.  All those Prime Ministers and public figures that I've admired or railed against over the years.  Then the pomp and ceremony of the King's Guard and the touching tributes of flowers at Balmoral and Buckingham Palace and the Queen's children and their families greeting the supportive crowds.  All very moving.

I've also been reminded on FB that the Queen was quietly getting on with her own version of 'girl power'.  Two of my favourite stories here.
