Poppy

We still have a few poppies growing in the garden - not in flower beds or borders - but from between paving blocks! I saw this bright yellow one with fresh raindrops on it - so I went out to photograph it. I would have liked to do a focus_stack, but it was waving around too much!!

I placed a black card behind to help it stand out!

Another ‘not doing much day’ - apart from watching some of the ceremonial events going on in Edinburgh - fascinating to see them.
