Does whatever a Captain America can

I had to take some time off this afternoon because, believe it or not, this little fella was 'sick'. By sick I mean he had been sick and so we had to keep him away from nursery today. Although he was far from ill.
I managed a couple of meetings and a couple of hour's work before I was forced to take a break and play with him. We took his bike out to the park and then over to the big boy park where he was busy climbing everywhere, all the way to the top.
