Strava Day 470. Reading, mindful breakfast and indoor yoga done.

Even if the content manager of their Instagram page often ignores my tags, am always grateful for it as : (1) It helped me improve relationship with family (2) Was able to develop the "Blip habit" (3) Good nutrition is already a lifestyle (4) Am now able to "function" even without earbuds or Spotify (5) Sleeping before 9 PM has become a non-negotiable.

T: (Stops being hyperactive and decides to sit down and draw instead).
