Red pea

We flew in to Perth late afternoon and are staying in a motel near the airport. In the grounds is a Coral Tree, Erythrina species, which is flowering wonderfully well. It’s producing lots of large red pea flowers right now. Although not an Australian native plant, it is a very attractive ornamental plant for a large garden - it grows to a tree up to 30 m high!
