Hops in the Hedgerow

I was very surprised to see the hops in this hedge in a layby on the Rempstone Road. We were taking Basil to his groomer and thought we'd stop briefly to enable him to do a wee. 

I always associated hops with Kent. Perhaps someone in the neighbourhood is brewing beer.

I am posting this from my new Mac Studio which, so far, is running smoothly. Had to go to Curry's this morning in search of connection cables for my two hard drives, they're only the hard drives with all my photos.

Helpful young. man directed me to Amazon. The cables should arrive tomorrow. I hope they do the trick.

This reminds me, I should have updated the OS when I logged on.
