Second chance

Just when we thought the snap dragons were past it, and we were just waiting for the seeds to drop ready for next year, they spring back into life.
 
So what better for a Friday than a collage of both of them.
 
The shot at extra nearly took the slot.  This morning the water pressure dropped to very low.  A wander up the close found this sight.  My remarks to the water board engineers “Well that accounts for it” did bring a smile.  Apparently the valve just came apart when they went to open it.  The problem has now been resolved, but the manhole cover has been painted blue which usually means “there is work to be done here”.  Watch this space.
