Evening sunlight in the park

It was really rather chilly when I went out first thing this morning.  Although the sunlight in the afternoon was quite pleasant, the air temperature was still quite low.  The low evening sun through the trees in the park did look lovely, though.

The queue to see the Queen lying in state had to be closed today because it reached its maximum length.  Even for committed royalists, the idea of joining a 10 mile queue to shuffle along for 22 hours overnight in the cold seems somewhat extreme.  You can watch the lying in state on You Tube instead, though it is not exactly gripping TV.
