Never Ending Garden Story

About three years ago the retaining wall in my garden collapsed due to the pressure of melting snow and water that had built up behind it.
In the beginning I had high hopes that I could get the money to rectify the problem from the builders but had to find out that surveys and completion certificates etc are not worth the paper they are written on.
Starting to get depressed by the sight of a dump rather than a garden I finally decided to invest into getting the area planted.
Sadly the gardener found some evil weed that needs treatment before they can come back to prepare the area and finally plant :(
