Sea Sparkle

My usual ‘antidote to Tesco’ quick trip to Charlestown. Fresh cool breeze kept it from being too hot. Still a lot of tourists about - I wonder if people are using the sudden Bank Holiday on Monday for a long weekend on Cornwall . How very dare they, when they are supposed to be ‘mourning’ ? The Govt haven’t issued any instructions on ‘How to mourn the Queen.’ Yet they have declared a National 2 minute silence, which will ‘take place’ after the funeral.

They can’t declare this silence and expect people to do it - yet no doubt the news will later report that ‘the nation’ observed a 2 minute silence. Even if most of the nation didn’t- the media will find bits of film of people doing it!
