The Apple (Tree)

We've all watched this apple grow in the last weeks and months.
The apple tree is standing in my mother's garden (or better what used to be her garden).

Not sure when to harvest.

Rather chilly at home the last two days already and I have an earache (and got wet on today's walk which didn't improve things). If one would have told me two weeks ago that I'd be sitting on the sofa with a hot water bottle today, I would have laughed at him.
