A trip to the city of Liege

Liege is situated in the south of Belgium a 1 hour trainride from Brussels.
I visited an exposition over Japan and afterwards the botanical Gardens of Liege. Liege was a beautiful city in the past, somehow still is but there is a lot of decay and impoverishment..I think this photo stands a bit symbolic for the above statement. You see this advertising poster of a bank promissing to do the best for it s clients. But the poster is half hiding so is the global truth with false promisses.
