Shadow Poppy

We have been watching all of Queen Elizabeth’s funeral today … the procession from Westminster Hall to the abbey, the journey to Wellington Gate, right through to the end of the service in Windsor….what an incredible day of pageantry and history.

First thing this morning I retrieved a poppy seedhead from the garden ..and created a nice long shadow using a torch.
