Seedhead

Today is the state funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II who served as queen for over 70 years.  It is also our daughters birthday and as we were staying with her we spent the morning celebrating her birthday.  Our grandson got very excited as he helped her unwrap her cards and presents.

Our son headed back to London first by train but unfortunately for him there were no trains into and out of Paddington and as a result his journey took much longer than anticipated.  We had an easy journey back home as the roads were fairly empty.

Todays blip is of a seedhead saved for emergency blips. I will probably catch up on some of the state ceremony later this evening.
