Blue Spires

Around the corner from me there is a house with a large echium plant beside the footpath.  I made a beeline down there today to get a macro shot and found the bees were there before me.  The extra is the post woman riding off around the corner on her electric bike.
The Queens funeral was shown in our evening time and so I recorded it and finished watching it today.  A majestic spectacle indeed.
