This morning horses and their riders were trained on the beach of Scheveningen for their escort tomorrow of the Royals in their carriages on their way from palace to parliament and back because the King will make his annual King's Speech. 
Here the horses react upon the shooting they hear / are confronted with as part of the training of their nerves
