Usual start to my day (non working day).
Dogs walked - special day fir them, they are 14 today!! (See extra)

Some admin then on to see AJ. She was in good form, telling me of how they were supported with watching the Queens funeral yesterday. She enjoyed watching with the other residents, sparked lots of conversation.

After lunch - dentist …. a filling this time. Numb lower lip, not for too long.
