Day 5

Another full day.
Up at five and onto the train, didn’t arrive in Banff until 8:30pm.
Quick change, coffee then bed.

The Rocky Mountaineer is truly an amazing experience, staff are so attentive, constant drinks and snacks as well as a 2 course breakfast and a 3 course lunch (you don’t go hungry or thirsty). The sights you see are amazing, not easy to capture as a photo as the train, at times, is going too fast and it becomes a blur. Staff point out wildlife on the way (starts at the top and each cart informed when something has been spotted).

Eagle
Mountain goats
Black bear! - I know OMG, only a small one and seen fleetingly.

Up early again tomorrow.
