Platter

I took this phone photo while travelling to our friends.  The platter sitting on my knee.  
Pleased I did as there hasn’t been time for photography.  I was at the hairdresser at 9am, home to fill the profiteroles (that I made and iced yesterday) and arrange the platter, then on the road at 11 am.
Our luncheon with our besties as always a great success, stories and much laughter.  One loves liquorice all sorts, so had to be added to the platter…and gives colour too. In the small white bowl is white chocolate for dipping the strawberries in.  My Gourmet Rocky Road is there too, everything else  is self explanatory.  
We’re eating scraps for an easy meal tonight.
