Another Fine Mess

If you’re going to move a self assembly wardrobe, either deconstruct it totally or move it intact. As this one was a bit on the heavy and large side to move from their bedroom to their new one, we removed the innards. Oh dear.
Meanwhile, the SK had taken the Minky off to Starbank to distract her awhile. On her return she was gathered up and whisked off to see her little brother for the first time.
Later, we settled to watch White Ribbon which had been on the watch list for way too long. What a good looking film. Took me right back to to those days before WW1 in the countryside which I have loved and imagined so often from old family photos and tales. Though that was Galloway and this was Germany, and in Haneke’s hands, a very dark place beneath the surface indeed.
