Exploding Shed

I was treated today by Dilys who is a guide at the Tate. Firstly she took a small group to see some of the art works in the gallery including an impressive carnival procession of characters from Guyana (first extra).

Then into the Cornelia Parker exhibition. She of the Exploding Shed blown up by the Army and then reassembled as it flew through the air. It's a spectacular installation and there are other equally intriguing pieces including a circle of crushed brass instruments and another which is a greenhouse throwing shadows all round the room (more extras).

Thanks for a fascinating tour, Dilys.
